- Fellowship trained under Swiss Foot and Ankle Society Chairman, PD Prof Mathieu Assal, in Clinique La Colline as well as Hospital de La Tour
- Started the foot and ankle service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) and served at the paediatric orthopaedics department at KKH.
- Joined the foot and service at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)’s orthopaedics surgery department.
- Keen contributor to the field of teaching and was one of the education year-leads for the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. As an adjunct assistant professor, he was a regular examiner in their end-of-posting as well as the final MBBS exams.
- An active member and contributor to the community of orthopaedics, and serves as a visiting consultant to TTSH, KKH, and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Pinnacle Orthopaedic Group
Pinnacle Orthopaedic Group was founded by Dr Kevin Lee with the vision of establishing a true sub-specialty orthopaedic specialist practice in Singapore.
Dr Andy Wee, Dr Victor Seah, Dr Tay and Dr Alvin Tan joined our team in 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2023, respectively. We have four clinics in Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena, Parkway East Hospital and Mount Alvernia Medical Centre. Our team of five orthopaedic surgeons provides patients with a one-stop service for all their orthopaedic needs.
All our surgeons are trained in their sub-specialities in centres in either the United States or Europe. Our core philosophy is to provide evidence-based medicine and surgery and we are guided by the principles of care and compassion for every patient who walks through our doors.
